Step 1: The Problem

Bad news. There is no such thing as a maintenance-free window.

Your windows,(a short history) most aluminum commercial windows hold up well for up to ten years. However, sometime after that, windows begin to fail. Components, many made from plastic or nylon, break. Insulated glass seals fail and the glass fogs over. Wool pile weather stripping that has been exposed to extreme temperatures from the aluminum and the sun begin to crumble. You’re left with a window that is likely worse than the window it replaced.  Several years later and further decline, your windows look and operate like they are beyond repair.

Good news! Most commercial windows can be repaired and restored to their original safe and efficient condition. Oftentimes we can improve the windows to better than new condition for much less than the cost of new windows!
